Above is the design I created in Adobe XD for a quarterly internal communications email template sent by Coverys’ Corporate Communications department. The goal of the email is to update Coverys employees on the current branding, marketing efforts, and products/services Coverys is offering. Additionally, to increase transparency, the email links viewers to the Corporate Communications SharePoint page, which includes in depth information on the aforementioned topics from the current and previous quarters. The design included branding elements already used in other mediums as well as new elements, such as the card layout, that will be used more in future pieces of media and literature.
