Koleinu Logo

The logo designed for Koleinu, the Conservative religious community of Northeastern University’s Hillel. The design combines the modern look of a geometric, sans-serif font and the classic look of a decorative, serif Hebrew font to show the idea of incorporating old religious traditions in a modern setting. Additionally, the design focuses on the idea of music, as the word Koleinu translates to “our voices”, and the general community is built through joining individuals’ voices in song.

Part of the process of creating the logo included providing a set of options, which I obtained by iterating through different combinations of font and designs.
